This Cistercian Order is located in the Shenandoah Valley. The monks create and ship their creamed honey, fruitcakes, and truffle chocolates! The Creamed honey does not use high heat processing so it retains its nutrients. There shop is called “Monastery Fruitcake” and I think its amazing.
